Tap
Our tap classes also incorporate the ADAPT syllabus, as well rhythmic tap technique.
Lyrical
In our lyrical classes students will learn to convey stories and emotion while incorporating ballet and jazz movements.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is similar to lyrical, but uses more contraction and release, abstract movement, and floor work.
Stretch/Conditioning
Musical Theatre
Musical theatre explores dance, singing, and acting. Students will learn to portray characters and work on vocal techniques.
Weekly Workshop
Ballet Technique
Our ballet technique classes follow the Progressing Ballet Technique syllabus, which uses pilates balls and thera-bands to improve alignment and control.
Private Lessons
Stretch & Conditioning classes will utilize the Alixa Flexibility syllabus to safely increase our dancers' strength and flexibility.
Students will regularly work with guest teachers in our Weekly Workshops, with different learning outcomes each week; such as anatomy, mental health, and exploring new styles of dance.
Private lessons are available, if desired, for all competitive program dancers to work on technique, flexibility, syllabus work, and more.
