Whether you are new to dance or used to be a seasoned pro, our mission is to create a fun and supportive space where you feel comfortable to try things outside of your comfort zone and get active! This class will focus on the foundations of ballet technique, but will continue to challenge your 18+ years mind and promote strength, stability, and mobility. This class is intended for beginner and intermediate adults.
