Cancelled classes

Any class cancellations that may occur (due to weather, etc.) will not be refunded or made up.

Withdrawals

Any program withdrawals require a 30 day written notice. There can be no withdrawals from the Competitive Program after November 1st, and no withdrawals from the Recreational Program, after March 1st.

Overdue Accounts

Any returned payments or payments unable to be processed will be charged a late fee of $30 per transaction. Overdue accounts will be charged a 10% fee after 30 days.

Drop-Off

The studio will open 15 minutes before the first class of the day. We kindly ask that you do not arrive at the studio or drop off your child more than 15 minutes before their class time. Children aged 8 and under are not permitted to be left at the studio without a parent or guardian.
